> Avid Bioservices is a U.S.-based, dedicated biologics CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization) providing integrated process development and CGMP manufacturing from DNA to IND to commercial supply, for biotech and pharmaceutical companies developing mammalian cell culture-derived therapies.

Avid operates two FDA-inspected campuses in Orange County, California: an early-phase center of excellence in Costa Mesa and a CGMP clinical/commercial manufacturing facility in Tustin. The company has 30+ years of biologics manufacturing experience (originating as Peregrine Pharmaceuticals in 1993, formed as Avid Bioservices in 2002, and operating as an independent, publicly traded biologics manufacturer since 2018 under NASDAQ:CDMO, acquired by GHO Capital Partners and Ampersand Capital Partners in 2025), has produced more than 650 biological batches, and supports products approved and marketed in 90+ countries.
