Kerri McCullough Wood serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Avid Bioservices, where she leads the company’s global commercial strategy and organization, including business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on accelerating growth and strengthening client relationships across the biologics lifecycle.

She brings nearly three decades of experience across API, CDMO, and drug product services. Prior to joining Avid, Mrs. McCullough Wood served as Chief Commercial Officer at TAPI, a division of Teva, where she led a global organization spanning 15 countries and was responsible for executing commercial strategy, driving growth initiatives, and enhancing organizational performance. She has a strong track record of delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth, building strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies worldwide, and developing high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.

Mrs. McCullough Wood holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College.
