Maria Ebro Andreasen

Chief People Officer

Maria Ebro Andreasen serves as Chief People Officer at Avid Bioservices, where she leads the company’s people strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives in support of Avid’s growth. 

She is an organizational psychology and development expert with deep experience in human resources leadership, talent strategy, and workforce development in highly regulated, high-growth environments. Prior to joining Avid, Ms. Ebro Andreasen served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies and held additional leadership roles spanning strategy, people and culture, and digital transformation. In her current role, she focuses on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement and retention, and early-career talent pipelines, including university partnerships and internship programs. 

Ms. Ebro Andreasen holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Roskilde University.
