Time Off
- Regular, full-time employees receive 12 company-paid holidays
- New hires accrue 15 days of paid time off (PTO)
After the first year, employees accrue an additional day of PTO every year until their fifth year of service. For example, on the 5th year employees accrue 20 days of PTO.
