Our Total Rewards package includes competitive base salary and incentive compensation (bonus), health and welfare benefits, 401(k) savings with a company match, restricted stock, stock options and employee stock purchase plans and other valuable benefits, such as paid time off.
After the first year, employees accrue an additional day of PTO every year until their fifth year of service. For example, on the 5th year employees accrue 20 days of PTO.
